It is a fixed price from the price list, not a “from” estimate. It becomes binding the moment we go through the brief and confirm that it really does fall within the package — which, for the vast majority of company websites, it does. If it were otherwise, we would say so right at the start, not halfway through the work.

Most often because of the copy or an integration with a system. Both are a lot of work and simply are not in the cheaper package. If you want a lower price, the quickest route is to supply your own copy — the difference between “I will supply it myself” and “you write it” is two steps of the price list with us.

Because you are not buying a ready-made template. We build the site around your company, your content and what you need from it. That is why the calculator does not count only the number of pages, but also the work on the copy, the integrations with systems and the SEO — that is most of the price. A template for a few thousand gives you a look; enquiries come from it only when somebody does this extra work. With us it is in the price.

Only when you want the quote sent to your inbox as well, or you want to talk the site through. You do not enter an e-mail to see the price — the whole calculation runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.

Yes, with a range of CZK 49,000 to 75,000. Most e-shops for small companies come to CZK 55,000 to 65,000; it goes higher only with an integration to stock or accounting. A more precise number without a call does not make sense — the difference between a shop with twenty products and one connected to stock, accounting and three carriers is simply large. You get the fixed price after a short call, always before the work starts.

We will make the change. It just means the original date cannot be met, and any move up to a higher package is topped up by the difference in list prices — nothing more. We say so up front, not on the invoice.

Yes, all three, over twelve months at a fixed CZK 1,990, 3,490 or 6,490. Every instalment also includes the hosting and maintenance you would pay separately with a one-off payment (CZK 390 a month — CZK 4,680 for the first year on Basic, CZK 3,510 on Business, because three months are included; nothing extra on Complete, because twelve months of running it are included anyway). With those deducted, spreading the payment comes to CZK 4,300 on Basic, CZK 8,470 on Business and CZK 17,980 on Complete — that is the price of spreading the payment over twelve months, around thirty per cent of the price of the site in all three cases. You can pay the remainder off in one go at any time — it is in the contract. The balance is calculated from the one-off price of the site: divided by twelve and multiplied by the number of remaining months. So on Business, after five months you pay off CZK 17,442 and from then on only hosting and maintenance at CZK 390 a month — against seven remaining instalments of CZK 3,490 that is CZK 4,258 less. You only pay the surcharge for spreading the payment for the months you actually used, and we add no early-settlement fee on top. You get the source code once it is paid off.

I am not VAT-registered, so there is no 21% to pay on top with me — the amount from the calculator is exactly the one you will see on the invoice.
