Case study

A website people found by themselves. Four enquiries in ten days, nothing spent on ads.

Before we sell you anything, we try it on ourselves. This is a breakdown of what we did with our own recruitment site — and why it started working.

Findavo is a recruitment site through which we look for people to book appointments by phone across Prague and Central Bohemia. We built it as a single page with structured data and content written around the candidate’s questions.

How the project ran

How we approached it

01

The challenge and the brief

Recruiting in Prague and Central Bohemia is one of the most overpaid markets in the country. Job portals and recruitment agencies pay for every click there, and a small project has no way into an auction like that. On top of that the site had existed since the beginning of August — good-looking, working, with a form — and almost nothing was happening. The problem was not the design: nowhere did the page answer the questions people really ask themselves before deciding.

02

How we solved it

We rewrote the content around the candidate’s real questions and answered them literally. We added structured data so that both search engines and AI assistants understand the page. We replaced stock phrases with concrete figures and left a single low-threshold action. The goal was not “a nice website”, but for people to hear about us without us buying the click.

The path from visit to getting in touch

  1. 1A person reads what the job involves and what it pays — with no sign-up and no login.
  2. 2They fill in four fields, or call or message on WhatsApp a specific person with a name.
  3. 3We get back to them and arrange a short introductory call.

What exactly we delivered: The content strategy and copy, the page structure, structured data (JobPosting, FAQPage, Organization), the form and its e-mail integration, deployment and analytics.

The enquiries come from the form on findavo.cz. We measured Lighthouse Performance on 12 September 2026 on that page’s code (mobile profile); it is a laboratory speed score, not proof of a business result. We do not yet measure where visitors came from.

What we built

Key features and elements

Content built around the real questions

Not around what the company wants to say. “Is this door-to-door selling? Do I need experience? What will I actually earn?” Every question is written out on the page word for word and answered word for word — in exactly the form AI assistants pick up.

Structured data

In machine-readable form, the site states what it is and what questions it contains — JobPosting, FAQPage, Organization. Work the visitor never sees. It guarantees nobody any placement — but without it a search engine or an AI has nothing to go on.

Figures instead of phrases

Instead of “attractive remuneration”, a concrete amount per appointment booked and the fact that payment arrives every Monday. A concrete figure is the only thing a reader remembers — and the thing a search engine or an AI can quote out of the text.

One action, a low threshold

One form with four fields, plus a phone number, WhatsApp and e-mail going straight to specific, named people. No sign-up, no CV. A lack of interest usually comes not from a lack of interest but from an obstacle.

Being fair about the figures

Four enquiries is a small sample and ten days is a short time. We are not claiming the same number will come in every industry, or that it scales in a straight line. Nor are we claiming to know exactly where those people came from — we are only now putting proper traffic-source measurement on that site.

What we do claim is one single thing, and it can be verified: not one crown was spent on advertising for that result. In a segment where people routinely pay per click, that is not a detail.

What your company can take from this

That mechanism is not about recruitment. It is about the fact that a website has two audiences and most small companies serve only one of them. The first is the person making the decision. The second is the search engine and the AI assistant, which have to find that page and recommend it first — and they need the text in a form they understand.

It behaves the same way for a joiner, a car repair shop or a catering company. The questions are different (“How much does a fitted kitchen cost?”), the principle is the same. This is exactly how we build websites — it is part of the price, not an extra. You will find the specific amounts in the price overview.

Frequently asked questions

What you most often ask about this

How do you get enquiries from a website without paid advertising?

Write the exact questions the customer asks before deciding onto the site, answer them literally, add structured data so that search engines and AI assistants understand the page, give concrete figures instead of stock phrases, and leave one clear action with a low threshold. How we do SEO and content →

Does structured data work for small companies too?

Yes. Structured data is a machine-readable description of what a page is and what it contains. Thanks to it, the content can appear in rich search results and an AI assistant knows what it is working with. The size of the company plays no part in it. What is included in a custom website →

How long before a website starts bringing in enquiries?

There is no guarantee on that. On our own recruitment site the first four enquiries arrived within roughly ten days of reworking the content and structure, with no paid advertising. It is one case and a small sample, not a promise. How long a website takes →
